I wasn't able to stay in the room. Positive: Nothing to like door lock didn't work and I couldn't gain access. Negative: Not being able to access the property.

Overall, it felt like the property was uncared for and perhaps monthly inspections are required. Positive: Neighborhood was overall decent with kids playing during the day and somewhat peaceful at night. The sq of the apartment was decent. Negative: As first time travelers to Austin, this has ruined majority of the experience down here. It took over ten minutes to receive the right door code after being sent the wrong one. The host(s) did not want to answer my calls at all which would've solved the problem sooner. The cleaning fee is $125, I believe they need to hire a different service or partially refund because the place was not clean. Utensils still had food in them, fridge wasn't fully clean and the bathtubs/shower curtains were filthy. The audacity to offer a $50 dish washing option on top of the cleaning service is ridiculous considering in the included amenities - it includes dishwasher. However, the dishwasher was in fact broken with a lingering pool of water at bottom that caused foul odor. The bathroom cabinets were busted into, and we couldn't find the remote to the flatscreen in the living room. There were bunk beds that were not properly bedded and we had to buy our own comforter. Broken showerhead There was no draining in the private bathroom sink that eventually clogged the tub as well. The bath mat used doesn't absorb water very well. No cleaning supplies were provided and had to buy them. Reaching out several times for instructions in general or wifi info - that should be provided always. They do send a PDF instruction on how to enter the premises. Eventually one of the tv's lost wifi connection and the host was notified but received no response since. The tv was not properly mounted and a screw was the main mounting stability, two are present but one was stripped from it's socket.
