I would like to start off with I appreciate the host: patience, compassion, and communication during are stay in Austin,TX in Such a Beautiful Home need I say. Along with my cousin’s whom were to ecstatic to be in Austin and couldn’t thank the host Enough for Allowing us to stay in such a beautiful and cozy home which i need to mention very kid friendly, Definitely Recommend stay here if you come down to Austin,TX. Also The King Bed will Knock you right out after a long day of traveling.

We parked in the driveway and tried to find our apt 'C' to unlock. The only door with a C on it led to the garage. Apt A & B were clearly marked but our apt C was upstairs and had nothing on the door indicating it was Apt C. We decided to try and unlock the unmarked door upstairs but the code we were given didn't open it. That created doubt that it was the right apartment. We had previously let the owner know we were going to be checking in after 9 pm. After trying to open the door 4 times without success, we contacted the host by text and could do nothing but wait, totally confused. It was late, the night was hot, we had a dog and couldn't get in for quite a while till finally we were given an emergency code that did finally open the door. The owner said that the old code must have expired. What??? Once inside, the facility looked nothing like the nice photos we saw online. Filthy stove, microwave frame was cracked, wallpaper was stapled to the wall, black mold in crack next to the bathroom shower. Both bathrooms had broken toilet roll holders and towel racks. The shower curtain rod was slanted and the plastic liner was too long and folded under in the tub. One shower's knob that switches between shower or tub output simply spun in circles totally useless. When my wife went to turn on the shower, the shower head blasted water from its side and drenched her in the face and onto the floor. The tiles on the kitchen floor had cracks in them. I have no words.

As this being my friends birthday trip I was severely disappointed. The pictures are very deceiving and there was everything wrong. Cabinets kicked in, not cleaned floors or patio, chairs loose and not put together well, bunk beds not put together well either, floors were squishy and felt like caving in, glass outside everywhere, the king bedroom light didn’t come on, and weird sounds in the house, dishes were not ran through the dish washer nor put up, broken glasses, and sharp objects found on the floors. Got very cat fished by pictures and horrible communication was had with the host. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I wasn't able to stay in the room. Positive: Nothing to like door lock didn't work and I couldn't gain access. Negative: Not being able to access the property.
